Dyeing of Linen Fabrics in Supercritical CO<sub>2</sub> Using a Reverse Micellar System with Ionic Liquid Domains

In order to realize the anhydrous dyeing of linen fabric with reactive dyes in supercritical CO2, a CO2 ionic liquid reverse micelle system was constructed, and process this studied. system, can be dyed without special pretreatment. The results show that depth significantly improved by increasing amount surfactant. With increase temperature, first increases then decreases. pressure displays little effect on depth. After dyeing, there are lot floating colors surface fabric. Increasing temperature prolonging time conducive dye fixation Adding certain dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) improve performance significantly. paper, best conditions as follows: w, 1.2; surfactant conc. 3.5 × 10−2 g/mL; T, 90°C; t, 180 min; p, 21MPa; DMSO concentration, 76.8 mmol/L.
